Before I speak at the US Capitol today, I wanted to send you a note.

This 4/20 is a special one— the past year has been the most successful year of political cannabis organizing in history. We are closer to winning legalization than ever before, with advancements like:

🍃 Successfully flipping a Republican Senate seat to adamantly pro-reform Senator John Fetterman
🍃 The Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act passing last year in the House of Representatives, the first time ever during regular session
🍃 The Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act being introduced in the Senate by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer
🍃 Mass pardons for federal possession charges from President Biden, and more!

But there are still far too many prohibitionists in Congress—including those in the House of Representatives who gave Republicans the majority and control to Speaker McCarthy, that believe in policing, prohibition, and continuing the harm of criminalization. As we saw in Pennsylvania, when we make marijuana a central political issue, it turns the tides green in favor of pro-legalization, often progressive candidates like Senator Fetterman.

Help us continue to build on this success this 4/20! Can you commit at least $4.20 a month to defeating prohibitionists in the upcoming elections? >>

$4.20 for 4/20

If you cannot commit to being a sustaining member, you can make a one time contribution here.

What makes this non-election year different from past years is the growing momentum for marijuana legalization throughout the United States, which will only continue to grow thanks to the support of folks like you and BOWL PAC.

In just over a year since BOWL PAC launched, over 100,000 people have joined us to demand federal reforms. We have organized letter writing campaigns, organizational sign-ons, and events in numerous states to mobilize support for reformers to defeat prohibitionists.

We have a track record of getting things done but our opponents are still numerous and digging in.

Together, we’re rising up, raising awareness, and will tear down criminalization. Be a part of this moment in history and help make change by becoming a sustaining supporter.

Are you in?
