Florida Governor Ron DeSantis just confirmed he has no plans to legalize marijuana:
The veteran who confronted DeSantis says he represents “broken veterans…with service-connected disease, illness and injury” who could benefit from decriminalization of marijuana.
“I don’t think we would do that,” DeSantis replied, instead going on a rant of false, fear-mongering talking points.[1]
But the public is on our side in support of legalization, not DeSantis’, including a majority of Republican voters.[2]
We need each of these voters to know that Ron DeSantis isn’t looking out for their interests. Help us sound the alarm on Ron DeSantis’ backwards stance by making a contribution now.

Ron DeSantis is poised to be one of the most powerful politicians in America. But instead of representing the majority of Americans and fighting for marijuana decriminalization, he’s parroting extremist talking points and working to keep cannabis illegal.
Together, we’re going to keep up the fight to create a better America.
